Position: Graphic Designer – Global Touring
Reporting to: Senior designer
Location Base: Hybrid – 3 days per week Topdeck HQ (Chiswick, London), 2 days per week remote
Contract: Full-time
Here at Global Touring, we’re a travel company specialising in group tours and inspiring people through life-changing travel experiences. Through our brands Topdeck Travel, Back-Roads Touring and Grasshopper Adventures, we are ever developing our product range, driving growth in key sales markets (Australia, New Zealand & North America), innovating product delivery and ensuring we deliver a first-class customer experience. Our brands serve very different customers, however our ‘one best way’ approach is consistent and effective in supporting the specific strategy and activity for each brand.

Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic, solutions-focused designer to help us deliver innovative creative and get people stoked on exploring the world. As part of the Creative team, you’ll work towards set objectives to deliver fresh and bold creative to help take the Global Touring brands to the next level.
You should have at least 2 years’ experience, from a creative agency or client side, willing to follow tight briefs when necessary, however, also be able to use your creative flair. Strong organisational skills, proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, exceptional communication abilities, and meticulous attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Execute design briefs, in an agency style banner, ensuring that all collateral adheres to brand guidelines.
Produce promotional material including but not limited to brochures, flyers, email, web and social assets.
Develop visually appealing graphics to support key marketing messages whilst maintaining a consistent brand image.
Select and utilise imagery that aligns with brand guidelines and effectively communicates the desired message to target audiences.
Create, prepare and proof both print and web-ready artwork for use by various departments.
Incorporate innovative design techniques, styles, and technologies into projects to keep marketing materials fresh, engaging, and competitive whilst remaining on brand.
Update templates for use throughout the organisation.
Communicating effectively with internal teams, including marketing, sales and product, to understand task requirements and gather feedback.
Experience, Requirements and Key Behaviours
2+ years experience in a design role
Team player with strong interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail
Problem solver with a positive attitude and self-initiative
Ability to adhere to brand guidelines
Strong eye for imagery and selection
High level of technical ability with experience designing across multi-channels (print and digital) efficiently
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
